During the filming of UPN's Star Trek Enterprise's episode, "In A Mirror Darkly", Bill was asked to film a behind the scenes documentary. The time-traveling episode included completely rebuilt sets from the original Star Trek.
Set designer and Paramount art director Michael Okuda told Bill that he recreated the original sets down to the smallest detail. He even hand molded each of the starship's jewel toned control buttons.
